Walt is an analytics and operations leader with a passion for building clear process and full-stack analytics. Previously, Walt led operations at Glossier and co-founded a B2B SaaS business. He has also worked at Jet.com (acquired by Walmart) and TrialSpark.

Chase is an analytics engineer eager to help startups build excellent data tools and habits. He managed data infrastructure and teams for Series A and B startups, including TrialSpark, Sawyer, and Supergreat. He started his data career writing after hours SQL queries at Kickstarter.
